Well it's been almost a year...

I go in for my next Neurologist appointment on March 03, 2009. This will be my appointment after having been on the Betaseron for a year. I figure we'll go over how things have been going and maybe get my scans scheduled. I would be lying if I said I wasn't nervous about the scans...I am hopeful that they will show no new lesions and slow progression...but I am trying to get prepared for anything...
My "episodes" haven't been as intense as it was in the beginning but they have had similarities...and seem to roll along in waves...It's going to be interesting to see what Dr. Jeffery says....

I have such high hopes for this new year
So far it's been chaos, followed by chaos....and more chaos!
I have got to get better at my blogging...and at documenting my episodes.
I have been having some more issues with my legs but I think the cold weather has been the trigger there.

Speaking of legs, my Pop broke his left one two weeks ago so I have had my hands full there helping him to realize a tibial plateau fracture does not heal in 2 days...and total knee replacements aren't an instant fix... *sigh*

Catching Up...

Well it's been a bit since my last post, but things have been crazy!
We got word yesterday evening that David's petition for change in status was APPROVED!!
So his 10 yr green card should arrive sometime in the next 60 days.
We are both so glad to have that stress GONE.
The lack of sensitivity has returned to my feet, primarily my right one again. I am opting for really comfortable shoes now rather than really cute ones...I am trying to combine comfort and cute but it's difficult.
I will try to be better with my next post..but for tonite I am tired and well I have also learned when I am tired I best try to sleep because otherwise sleep likes to mess with me :-)
